Eligibility :
 
  • Pass in 10+2 or equivalent Board Exam with Physics & mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the following subjects – Chemistry / Biotechnology/Computer Science / Biology / Electronics as recognized by VTU and Govt. of Karnataka. Minimum 50% marks of Science subjects in aggregate. ( 40% for SC/ST and other OBC students). Should have cleared CET / COMED-K/ AIEEE or other equivalent exam recognized by VTU and Govt. of Karnataka.
  • In case of foreign students, they should obtain an NOC from the Union Ministry of Human Resource Development. Application should be sent to the student’s cell, ministry of external affairs through the India Mission in their respective countries or through their respective foreign missions in India.

Admission through KARNATAKA EXAMINATION AUTHORITY. (Formerly called as CET)

GUIDELINES TO BE FOLLOWED
 
  • The candidate should produce all the relevant certificates / testimonials in original at the time of admission.
  • Candidate who are found to have obtained admission by false representation or by production of forged certificates, will be summarily dismissed with forfeiture of all fees paid.
  • Tuition and other prescribed fees should be paid on or before the stipulated date. The amount paid towards tuition fees, admission fees and any other fees will not be refunded.
  • Students dismissed on disciplinary grounds will forfeit their entire fees.
  • In support of their application, students must submit originals/ photocopies of Copy of proof of age (Class X certificate), Copy of statement of marks in qualifying exams (PUC or equivalent), Nationality certificate, Cast certificate (Reserved category), Transfer Certificate from the Institution last studied.
  • Conduct certificate from the Head of the Institution last studied.
